Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Aesthetic Office Co. ("we", "us"), operating AOC AI Agents. By placing an order you accept them. Our products are intended for businesses and professionals.

1. What we sell

• Workflows: downloadable n8n workflow files with a Google Sheet workflow and a setup guide. You install them yourself.
• Setup: we install and configure an agent in your own n8n and accounts and test a full run with you.
• Monthly care: ongoing fixes, updates and small changes for an agent we set up, billed monthly.
• Custom systems: automation built around your process, under a written quote.

2. Orders and payment

After you submit an order we send an invoice in US dollars (USD). Payment is by bank transfer unless the invoice says otherwise. Work and delivery start once payment is received. Prices may change, but the price on your invoice is the one that applies.

3. Delivery

Workflows are delivered by email as a ZIP file within 24 hours of payment. Setups start with a short call to connect your accounts; we agree the schedule with you. Custom systems follow the timeline in the quote.

4. Licence for workflows

You may use a workflow in your own business and for your own clients' businesses. Some workflows include third-party components that come with their own licence terms; those terms are listed in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file inside the download and apply to those components. Our setup guides, documentation, product names and our own agents may not be resold or published.

5. Your accounts, data and costs

Agents run in your own n8n, Google, email and AI accounts. You are responsible for those accounts, their security and their fees, including AI usage billed to you by the provider. You are responsible for using the agents lawfully, including email marketing and data protection laws in the countries where you send messages.

6. Approval before sending

Agents that write emails or messages are built so that you approve drafts before anything is sent. You remain responsible for every message sent from your accounts.

7. Third-party services

Agents depend on third-party services such as n8n, Google, email providers and AI providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages or pricing changes made by those services, though monthly care includes adapting agents to such changes where reasonably possible.

8. No guaranteed results

We describe what each agent does. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, replies, sales or revenue.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

11. Changes and contact
