• Order and contact forms: your name, email, business name, country, notes, the item you chose, and which link brought you here (for example "email" or "facebook").
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

What we do not collect

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. Fonts are hosted on this website, so your browser does not contact third-party font services. Your browser keeps the referral label for the current visit only (session storage), and it is cleared when you close the tab.

Why we use your data

To answer your request, send invoices, deliver what you ordered, provide support, and keep the records our accounting duties require. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our business email. Payments are handled by our bank. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 12 months. Orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing ai@aestheticofficeco.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
